Corporate Commercial Senior Solicitor

The role will be based in Stratford, East London. The firm has an HNW client base with many of their clients living abroad. The Corporate and Commercial department currently consists of a team of two, a Partner and a mid-level associate.

The current Head of Department is due to retire soon, so the firm are looking to bring in a Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor to be in line to take over this flourishing department, you will take over this excellent caseload.

You will deal with; company sales and purchases, M&SA, share sales, management buy ins, share incentive schemes, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, franchising, re-structuring and LLP's. The client base ranges from SME to national companies.

• You will have at least 8 years PQE in Corporate Commercial work
• Can work without supervision
