International law firm currently recruiting for a Real Estate Litigation Paralegal to join their market leading team in Birmingham. Unique in nature, junior level Real Estate Litigation Paralegal roles rarely present themselves.

Although experience within real estate litigation is an advantage, this firm would consider paralegal candidates with either pure commercial property backgrounds, or litigation backgrounds.

Early level of responsibility managing your own caseload on a broad range of real estate disputes, including negotiating settlements, preparing trial bundles, and drafting court proceedings, witness statements and affidavits.
