This top tier practice seeks to recruit a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their team in London. On offer is a competitive salary of up to 65,000 and the opportunity to develop within a Tier 1 ranked practice.

This 40 strong team of lawyers advise the National Health Service Litigation Authority, NHS Trusts and medical defence organisations on wide ranging and important issues providing intelligent and novel solutions and are described as 'second to none' by Chambers and Partners.

This role will suit a 0-4 PQE Solicitor with experience in defendant clinical negligence work. You must be flexible and willing to take on a varied caseload. As such experience of working at firm on the NHSLA panel would be advantageous.

You key responsibilities will include: Litigation, Cost management, Multi-party litigation and ADR/mediation agency arbitration.
