RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER
THE FIRM
The well-accredited firm has a dedicated conveyancing team which enjoys a substantial amount of repeat business from satisfied clients or by word-of-mouth recommendation. The firm’s commitment to providing an excellent level of client service continues to pay dividends and the firm is now looking for an additional residential conveyancing lawyer to join the residential property department in the Bromley office.
THE ROLE
You will be dealing with a busy caseload of residential conveyancing within a lively, friendly team, and the firm prides itself on its across-the-board collaborative approach. The property department is well-established and continues to grow and you will be expected to contribute by developing strong relationships with clients and external referral sources such as estate agents. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be 2 – 5 years’ PQE solicitor, or a similarly-experienced legal executive or licenced conveyancer;
Have a good background in residential conveyancing;
Have excellent time-management, and be able to manage a high-volume case-load;
Possess an enthusiastic, ‘can-do’ attitude.
