DCM - 1-5 PQE

Our client, a leading full service city law firm, are looking for a junior-mid level associate to join their growing DCM team in London.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of exciting DCM issues with a key focus being on social housing. Work will include advising issuers, managers and trustees as well as broader capital markets work for Government Gilt Issues, Local Authority and university financing.

The ideal candidate will have gained experience in DCM and have done London listed bond work, including disclosure and exposure documents for London listings gained at a leading city or regional practice. Strong academics are key with a minimum 2.1 degree required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any ambitious associate to join a growing London team. Due to the nature of the role you will be able to get involved in a large amount of Business Development and marketing for the outset so it is a fantastic platform to develop both technically and commercially.
