In-House Paralegal

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercial paralegal to join a leading financial services business based in Birmingham.

Our client is a genuine household name and a leading financial services institution who are looking to add a commercial paralegal to their team to focus on a diverse range of commercial legal matters. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to learn from an experienced in-house legal team.

This individual will be responsible for the following:
- Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements including NDAs, service agreements and supplier agreements
- Drafting and reviewing appropriate legal documentation and forms
- Undertaking legal research including liaising with external law firms
- Research and collate relevant material for various legal matters as required

Ideally, we would like to hear from individuals that have gained good commercial contracts experience working either in-house or in private practice. Applications from individuals that have completed their LLB, BVC, LPC or ILEX qualification and have gained good commercial experience are also welcome.
