Construction Litigation

Fantastic opportunity for a 2-5 PQE associate to join one of the largest specialist international construction groups in the market, in their contentious construction team. The team works on high value (including disputes in excess of US$1 billion) and complex claims and specialises in energy and infrastructure litigation. The team acts in relation to a wide variety of claims, including delay, disruption, variations, defects and termination disputes; and in relation to the full range of forums for dispute resolution including mediation, adjudication, DABs, arbitration and litigation.

You must have experience of large-scale or international construction disputes as well as strong academics.
