Senior legal Counsel

One of the largest organisations in the North West is looking to grow a new legal team to support one of it's major divisions. This is a time of positive change and development for the business and as such it is a great time to come on board at a senior level to lead the development of the legal function.

The role can be split up into the following areas:
Leadership
People Management
Project Management
The legal work is varied and will see you involved with commercial contracts, outsourcing, new product development and marketing agreements.

You will support on complex contractual agreements, general business and commercial matters, as well as playing an active role in defining and articulating processes to manage legal risk.

To help you lead on key legal projects you will need to build strong and effective relationships across the business including with the executive leadership team.

Having recruited a number of lawyers into this organisation last year, BCL Legal has a good knowledge of working with this company and can report good things. This is a business that needs and wants lawyers at the heart of what they do and have a collegiate approach to getting the work done.
