We are currently working with a firm in Birmingham, looking to hire an experienced Real Estate Litigation Paralegal/Legal Executive to contribute to their Property team in Birmingham.
About the Real Estate Litigation Paralegal/Legal Executive role:
In this role you will be supporting the team in a large range of property disputes.
Key responsibilities:
- Independently working on litigation related to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
- Issuing and drafting of lease renewals, notices, and claim forms
- Undertaking research to assist supervisors
As the Real Estate Litigation Paralegal/Legal Executive you will have graduated with the LPC or CILEx and hold 2 years Real Estate experience. You will also have a confident manner and be able to adapt to different teams and levels of work.
