RTA Solicitor/Fee Earner

A large Merseyside based Claimant Personal Injury Firm is looking to recruit a Technical Claims Lawyer into its RTA Liability Team.

Candidates do not necessarily have to be qualified Solicitors/FILEX and experienced Paralegals and part qualified Legal Executives will be considered on merit.

The role is suited to RTA lawyers with a good grasp of CPR and case law surrounding procedural aspects of claims. The Technical Claims Team deals with issues surrounding liability and allegations of LVI or fraud.

Candidates from either Claimant or Defendant backgrounds are welcomed provided that they have a keen interest in the technical elements of RTA claims such as liability, causation, directions compliance, court applications to vary etc.

The firm itself has maintained its presence in the market in spite of recent changes in the law and continues to thrive. It has a track record of recruiting robust litigators who pride themselves on organisation and a sound technical knowledge.

Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus. 25 days holiday per annum.
