Our client, a leading US City law firm with an excellent reputation is seeking a corporate lawyer with real estate experience to join their highly regarded real estate team. The role is for at least 3 months, possibly longer whilst they recruit for a permanent associate.
Working very closely with the partners in the real estate group, you will focus on the corporate aspects of UK and European property funds, and the team acts on behalf of an impressive client portfolio in the hospitality, leisure and financial services sectors. The is a corporate transactional role that sits in the real estate team.
The successful individual will have a relevant and solid corporate background with real estate experience gained at a Top 100 or international law firm.
This is a fantastic opportunity that will offer extremely competitive and attractive hourly rates.
