About the Asset Management Vice President role:
This is a great opportunity in London for an asset management lawyer to join one of the largest global asset managers globally. The role will include a range of work across asset classes for a variety of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on, amending and drafting IMAs, including cross jurisdiction IMAs;
- Drafting investment guidelines including equity, fixed income and derivative components across a range of asset classes;
- Supporting the development of new products for the business;
- Providing legal support to a variety of internal business partners;
- Support global asset management business initiatives.
Your Key Skills:
As Asset Management Vice President you will have 3-6 years of experience (however a different level of experience will be considered if you meet the requisite standards) either in house at an asset manager or at a law firm within its asset management practice group. Experience and understanding of the laws and regulations relating to the distribution of asset management products would be beneficial.
