Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking to join a leading Legal 200 firm in central Manchester?
This successful and well established law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor who can work autonomously in handling their own caseload of a mix of residential property matters, from initial instruction through to completion, including purchase, sale, remortgage, and other associated matters for both freehold and leasehold properties.
Ensuring strong service delivery for clients and work providers through pro-active management of files through to exchange and completion.
You will likely be a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor (2yrs+ PQE), Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with demonstrable experience in managing your own caseload of mixed conveyancing/residential property files. In addition to fee earning responsibilities, you will oversee more junior members of the team, therefore experience in managing Conveyancing Paralegals and Assistants would be highly desirable.
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience, and will include a comprehensive benefits package and clear career progression opportunities.
