Care Home Fees Lawyer
West Yorkshire
This firm are a national, multi-service practice with an excellent reputation for Care Home Fees advice.
They are looking for a junior Solicitor with care home fee experience to join their highly thought of team.
The role will be to carry your own caseload of care home matters providing advice to clients who have been refused NHS funding despite having a primary health care need, and have been required to pay for the care.
You should be NQ to around 3 years qualified with experience in the area of law. You should be able to provide advice regarding the funding options to meet the costs of long term care, and have knowledge of:
-The National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare
-Local Authority Means Test and State Benefits
-Challenging Decisions and Drafting Appeal Submissions
-Probate and Court of Protection
There is a competitive salary and benefits on offer dependant on experience.
