Our client is a leading US firm with a long established, highly regarded London office. They are seeking a corporate associate 4-6pqe to join the highly regarded team.

These are ideal positions for lawyers wishing to avoid early specialisation and gain expertise in a broader range of skill sets. The role will include a wide range of corporate matters, both public and private, including mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, venture capital and private equity.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and relevant experience gained from a rated City practice.
