The firm are looking to hire a Residential Property Lawyer into their thriving office in Orpington, Kent.

This will be a hands-on role where you will deal with a real variety of work with secretarial support. The Residential Property department has been ranked as one of the leading Solicitors in Kent. The department deal with a comprehensive range of Residential Property matters including freehold and leasehold sale and purchase, mortgages and re-mortgages, self build projects, site acquisitions for property developers and plot sales, option agreements and action sales.

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years PQE
• You will be in Orpington, Kent
• You should have excellent communication and organisation skills
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• You should be an ambitious candidate
• Salary is dependent on your level of experience and background, although above market rate, you will also receive a truly excellent benefits package.
