Solicitor with conveyancing experience to join busy property team
THE FIRM
Our client is one of the leading law firms in the north Midlands. The firm operates on the basis of providing a service that is affordable, devised according to the client’s needs, with transparent processes and an outstanding level of client care. Not surprisingly, a considerable number of new instructions come to the firm by way of personal recommendation from satisfied clients. A vacancy has now arisen for a property solicitor with good conveyancing experience to join team based in the Derby office.
THE ROLE
You will be an experienced conveyancing solicitor with the ability to manage a fast-paced caseload of residential matters with minimal supervision. This will include new builds, deeds of gift, equity release, trusts and much more besides. Strong organisational skills, excellent client care skills and an interest in developing and maintaining relationships with estate agents and referrers are essential. Ideally you will be familiar with using case management systems, although additional training can be provided. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, supportive firm with an excellent working environment. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a 2+ years PQE solicitor with good experience in residential conveyancing;
Ideally, have a strong network of existing contacts or the desire to create the same;
Be proactive, confident and able to work with limited supervision;
Be a great team player.
