Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to secure a new role with a better work life balance?
A fantastic opportunity which can offer you that flexibility has become available in a well-established, central Leeds firm.
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be working within a small department alongside the Head of Commercial Property and support staff, managing a case load of Commercial Property Finance transactions (Sale, Purchase & Refinance) which will include title checking freehold, leasehold, unregistered and new build cases.
Alongside the 9am-5pm hours and a highly competitive salary, there are additional flexible benefits on offer, to include some flexitime, dress down and an attractive holiday and benefits package.
To be successful in this Commercial Property Solicitor role, you will have at least 5 years’ PQE and be fully competent in commercial and residential conveyancing.
