I currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to manage a mixed caseload of commercial property matters to include sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and security registration from file opening to registration of the transaction at Land Register.

You will be acting primarily for the firm’s banking clients and/or their SME customers on a dual or sole representation basis and you will be responsible for a caseload of SME commercial transactions to include sales, purchases and re financing transactions.
