An award winning international law firm is looking to a hire a new Workflow Coordinator/Document Specialist to join the growing London Office on a permanent basis.  This role is to provide front facing support to fee-earners, secretaries and business services staff by coordinating and routing the Group’s workflow and operating a triage service to ensure tasks are prioritised and allocated to the correct service delivery point.  Duties will include sourcing and communicating requirements, allocating and prioritising tasks and managing workflow, providing a seamless and integrated service across the Legal Support group, ensuring tasks are allocating efficiently and effectively, support the evening service desk team with document production/amendment and associates other requests, actively reviewing utilisation to maximise service provision, proactively seeking tasks and building relationships, providing a responsive service to clients via email, telephone and face to face interaction.  Candidates must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work confidently and collaboratively across all functions, strong organisational skills with experience of managing end to end tasks – previous experience within a professional services environment is desirable – candidates must have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.  Standard hours are 5.00pm – 1.00am – in addition to the salary offered our client is offering an evening allowance of £3,000.
