Solicitor - Family

A Minimum 2 year PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive is sought for a busy Family Department in a respected South West law firm. An individual with experience in all aspects of divorce in particular financial dispute and resolution, some experience with private law children and domestic abuse is preferred. 

Key aspects of the role include:

· Experience in managing own caseload;

· Willingness to undertake own advocacy;

· Willingness to get involved in business development and marketing;

· IT skills commensurate with the role;
