THE ROLE
The successful Solicitor will take on a varied caseload covering all aspects of Company Commercial and Commercial Property law including purchase and sales of commercial property; commercial leases; reviewing and drafting terms and conditions and asset purchase agreements; shareholders agreements; partnership agreements and dealing with company’s house formalities. The role additionally involves networking and taking on marketing initiatives and will require a recent knowledge of the Companies Act. The successful recruit will be exceptionally client focused and have a talent for business development.

THE CANDIDATE
You must have at least one years’ PQE as a Company Commercial/Commercial Property Solicitor.
You will have experience in a wide range of commercial matters and be commercially aware.
You will possess a flair for business development and marketing.
You will have the ability to work unsupervised meeting tight deadlines.
You will have exceptional communication skills able to provide an efficient and professional service.
You must be IT literate with good knowledge of MS Office packages and case management systems.
