Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence Solicitor

This leading Swindon based multi office firm is looking for you a personal injury solicitor to join the team, handling a mixed caseload of personal injury, clinical negligence, and industrial disease.
 
The firm has a brilliant reputation in the South West, and this is a great opportunity to take on an existing caseload of claimant files and be a reputed name in personal injury matters. In this personal injury solicitor role, you will be handling a full caseload of claimant files including personal injury, clinical negligence and industrial disease files. You will be handling multi track and catastrophic cases that could include complex RTA injuries, medical negligence files, and asbestos claims.
 
To be successful for this personal injury solicitor role, you will have at least 4 years’ experience in a mixed personal injury and clinical negligence position. Experience in industrial disease is desirable, but not essential.
