In-house regulatory solicitor or barrister sought by City based healthcare sector professional interests organisation.
Acting for and supporting health sector professionals of all types, this entity provides legal, ethical and pastoral support in a wide variety of scenarios and situations.
This role is for a regulatory lawyer with experience of protecting healthcare professionals in a range of legal disciplinary and regulatory matters.
This role is a team leader role. It is a prerequisite that the successful candidate is a senior individual who has experience of leading a team in this sector, so that as well as being able to provide technical legal support to junior fee earners, they can devise and implement systems and procedures.
Experience of medical/dental regulatory proceedings is essential for this role.
