A specialist Personal Injury practice, with an excellent reputation in the market for its Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Serious Injury work, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced RTA MOJ Portal Paralegal / Fee Earner to join its dedicated RTA MOJ Portal team.
The existing RTA team deals with all new claims into the MOJ Portal and they are looking to further their offering with the addition of an experienced RTA MOJ Portal Paralegal with a minimum of twelve months' experience in handling their own RTA Portal caseload, through all three stages of the Portal.
You will play a vital role within the team and you will have responsibility for your own caseload of RTA MOJ Portal matters throughout Stage's 1, 2 & 3 of the Portal process, and you will be tasked with working proactively, with minimum supervision.
Realistic opportunities to progress to handling litigated work exist as part of this ever expanding RTA department.
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary in line with previous experience, guideline circa £20,000, along with a bonus scheme and other additional benefits, including on-site parking!
