Your new role

You will be liaising with clients and the Home Office, in particular the UK Border Agency, ensuring compliance with immigration laws for residence requirements, and advising UK visa applications. You will be assisting the solicitors and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

What you'll need to succeed

The law is changing all the time, therefore you will need recent, previous paralegal experience. You will need experience managing caseloads and liaising with the Home Office. It is essential that you are a motivated individual that wants to do right in the world.
