My client, a leading bank is looking for 3 -8 PQE* banking and finance lawyer with trade finance experience.
THE ROLE
This In House Counsel / Lawyer will be assisting the Head of Legal:
- To provide legal support on trade finance related matters
- Provide legal advice on matters arising across Europe, Middle East and North Africa, with global remit for commodity finance
- Support the bank with regards to commodity trade transactions, assisting with contract advisory work, letters of credit, receivables and bills of trading
- Providing general legal advice on matters such as commercial contracts, disputes, risk and property law.
- Manage external counsel when required
THE CANDIDATE
- The successful candidate will be c.3-8 year PQE finance Lawyer withexperience gained both in-house and in private practice.
