Investment Funds Associate | Legal Counsel | Sophisticated Multi-Strat Fund | London

Our client is very highly regarded and prestigious investment fund with offices in London and internationally. They are extensively recognised by their clients to be one of the most innovative and dynamic funds in London today. Our client are actively seeking to enhance their team with the hire of an England and Wales qualified solicitor or NY Bar attorney with solid investment funds (formation and/or transactional) experience.

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent academic achievement.
• Experience coming from a funds team at a top UK or US law firm here in London or in a similar established market.

In addition, candidates are expected to demonstrate:

• Flexibility, supporting a broad range of transactions.
• The ability to manage and lead aspects of complex matters.

Our client are interested in speaking with candidates who have from around 2 years of experience to around 7 years at a top law firm and/or potentially with a similar high calibre fund. The successful candidate will likely come straight from a top law firm and be keen to work for a dynamic, prestigious and entrepreneurial fund here in London.
