Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Solicitor

A leading Birmingham firm are seeking a 0-2 years PQE Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Solicitor due to join their well established department. Due to my clients long standing relationship with a number of high profile clients dealing with Clinical Negligence, the successful candidate will need to have some previous experience within Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence and will gain exposure dealing with Child Abuse claims.

Skills and Responsibilities;

- Be 0 -2 years PQE Lawyer or Solicitor
- Be able to handle a caseload from start to finish
- Work towards and Achieve set targets
- Competent dealing with case management systems
- 70% will be in Clinical Negligence and 30% within Personal Injury with the opportunity to assist on Child Abuse claims.
