Civil/Commercial Litigation
A Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ experience is required by a modern and progressive, medium sized Essex firm with a superb reputation for quality legal advice.
The role includes advising and assisting clients in matters ranging from straightforward contractual issues to complex regulatory disputes, advising on and applying for injunctions, intellectual property disputes, domain name disputes, estate agency disputes and enforcement. Additionally, non-commercial litigation, including contentious probate, corporate and personal insolvency, as well as personal injury and clinical negligence.
