Personal Injury Solicitor -12 month FTC

A leading Top 50 Commercial Firm in Bristol is looking for a Solicitor to join their team handling Work Place Injury claims arising from Asbestos-Related Diseases.

This company has a fantastic reputation in the Personal Injury market and is passionate about the law and providing their clients with the best legal advice and guidance.

The Position:-
* This firm is a market leader in the Personal Injury field
* You will be working within the Work Place Injury Team handling claims arising from Asbestos-Related Disease
* The candidate will work under the supervision of a Partner but will ideally be able to handle a full caseload
* This position is to start ASAP within the next month and is for a 12 month period.
* There may be flexibility in terms of working hours for the right candidate.
* The position may become permanent for the right candidate at the end of the fixed term.

The ideal Candidate:-
* You will have anything between 2 and 8 year's PQE
* Experience of Asbestos Related Disease litigation would be ideal, however, candidates with any type of experience within the Personal Injury field should apply, and in particular those with a an interest in handling asbestos- related disease claims
* You will need to have excellent client care and communication skills, given the particular sensitivity working with terminally ill or recently bereaved clients
* You will also need to be able to show that you can cope well under pressure and maintain excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and keep to tight deadlines
