Commercial Health Solicitor, 1 - 4 PQE

A leading Chambers and Legal 500 firm is looking to expand its Public Law and Health Projects team with the appointment of an experienced Commercial Health solicitor into their Leeds office.

This presents an excellent opportunity for ambitious and commercially minded individual to join an existing team as a Commercial Health Solicitor, as well as working closely with the national team for both Independent Sector and NHS clients throughout the country and internationally. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to provide advice on outsourcing and managed service contracts though M&A to joint ventures, collaborations and shared services as well as a vast array of advice on day to day commercial activity of large Hospitals and buyers of health care.

The ideal candidate will have 1 - 4 years' PQE with a keen interest and knowledge of the health sector who is able to demonstrate relevant skills and experience of working with NHS clients with a commercial focus.
