Real Estate Solicitor, 2 - 5 PQE
A leading Legal 500 firm is looking to expand its Real Estate team with the appointment of an experienced Real Estate Solicitor into their Leeds office as a result of the increased volume of work the team is getting. As a direct result of this growth this role has great progression opportunities for the right candidates to progress in the short, medium and long term.
As a Real Estate Solicitor you will work as part of the asset management team undertaking the full spectrum of landlord and tenant asset management work including negotiating leases, lease renewals, acquisitions, deeds of variation, surrenders, licences to alter and underleases
The ideal person will be 2 - 5 years' PQE who has gained relevant experience within Real Estate and has a keen interest in Real Estate. This role will give you the opportunity for a long term career with frequent progression opportunities for the right candidate.
