Top rated asset management organisation is seeking a lawyer to join its legal team
Working in the HQ in London and having a lot of direct contact with the business, you will work with the GC and a senior lawyer to provide full service legal advice to the group.
The position is very broad and will include funds, corporate, commercial, finance, regulatory, data privacy - anything that arises for the business. Our client is happy to consider lawyers coming from a corporate or funds or wider financial services background who wish to transition into a broad based in-house position (with training and guidance where needed).
The role will include a strong business-facing component with interaction with investment managers, client teams, compliance, and senior management so you will need to have the confidence to be able to interact with people in this visible position.
