Banking & Finance Associate - 12 month FTC

A new opportunity available to join a highly regarded firm as a Banking & Finance Associate on an 12 month maternity contract. This role is to commence from mid-late July.

Reporting to a Corporate Partner you will be responsible for:

- support Partners on cross-departmental finance transactions

- drafting facility agreements and security documentation

- dealing with complex closings

- working across a number of Partners and managing a varied workload

To be considered you will be 2-4 years PQE, trained in a reputable private practice firm with relevant experience gained in a Banking & Finance team. You will be able to demonstrate strong technical skills in addition to being able to to work effectively in a collaborative team based environment.
