An opportunity has arisen with a highly respected national firm to appoint a Personal Injury Paralegal into their successful team located in Birmingham.

About the Personal Injury Paralegal role:

You will work with the team to act for clients who have been injured in accidents abroad. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to handle your own supervised caseload and exhibit an understanding of key legal areas of contract and negligence.

Key responsibilities:

• Handling a busy caseload of claims based in negligence, contract and statutory duties
• Maintain strong organisational skills
• Communicating with a range of stakeholders and clients on issues such as RTA, package holiday and general liability
• Handling general queries and correspondence via telephone and email

You will have demonstrable experience of Personal Injury and be educated to A-level standard. IILEX qualifications would be desirable. You will also have a proven record in a challenging administrative role and a commitment to excel in a busy environment.
