Commercial Counsel - Media & Entertainment - 2-4 PQE

A fantastic opportunity has emerged for a commercial/IP lawyer to join a leading media and entertainment company.

Working primarily to support the Licensing division, the successful candidate will have a great deal of autonomy whilst also assisting other lawyers in the Licensing legal team on an ad hoc basis. Required experience includes structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (such as product licensing, retail, events and IP licensing agreements) and providing advice on business issues as and when they arise. Experience in the media and entertainment industry is strongly preferred.

To be considered, you should have c.2-4yrs PQE*, preferably having trained in a media law firm or have some in-house experience in a similar environment. Commercial drafting experience is required, with a strong preference shown to candidates with demonstrable understanding of IP.
