My client, a highly regarded Personal Injury firm, is looking to recruit a Personal Injury Litigation Executive to handle a Pre-Litigated and Litigated caseload of non-RTA Personal Injury matters. You will have previous experience of handling a caseload of pre and post-issue claims comprising primarily of non-RTA cases which fall outside of the MOJ portal.
You will have experience in reviewing and assessing the risks prior to the issue of court proceedings and be able to comply with all SLA's and reporting requirements imposed by insurers. In this role you will be reporting directing to the Litigation Team Manager.
