RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING LOCUM • MIDDLESEX• UP TO £35 PER HOUR
Based in Middlesex, our client are a friendly high street firm looking for a residential conveyancing locum to start from next week to join their busy residential property team on a month long locum basis.
The successful candidate will have:
- The ability to handle cases from inception through to post completion
- An adaptable and personal approach
- Be able to effectively prioritise work and consistently meet demanding deadlines
The role will involve:
- Dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing
- Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold
