Banking & Finance Associate - 12 month FTC

Our client, a full-service West End law firm has a fantastic opportunity for a banking & finance associate on a 12 month fixed term contract basis to cover a fee-earners' maternity leave.

Responsibilities:
-To support the partners to ensure smooth running of finance transactions cross-departmentally, although based in the corporate department the role will support banking and finance work across the firm particularly in property. The work will include the following (this list is not exhaustive):
-Drafting facility agreements/security documents;
-Using loan market association standard forms;
-Using the key areas of negotiation;
-Dealing with complex closings (including conditions precedent etc).

The successful individual is likely to have upwards of 2+ PQE with a relevant background gained at a highly regarded City or West End law firm.

The role is ideally due to start the week of the 24th July to ensure a smooth handover, or possibly the week after.
