Employment Lawyer required to join a local authority based in Staffordshire for an initial 9 month period.

Our client is looking for a talented and ambitious lawyer who has recent experience of handling a wide range of employment law matters.

The ideal candidate will hold the following experience related to employment law;

  • Disciplinary issues
  • Settlement agreements
  • TUPE
  • Policy work
  • HR advice

Our client is willing to offer the successful candidate the option of a 4 or 5 day week depending on their preference and will offer the option of flexible working where required.

Previous public sector employment experience is highly desirable, but our client is also keen to hear from private practice candidates who have employment law experience.

This local authority offers an excellent, agile working environment. The nearest train station is also within close proximity, making this location easily commutable from London and the Home Counties.
