THE FIRM
Our client, a dynamic firm with multiple accreditations, offers a wide range of services to its clients across the east midlands region. With roots embedded in the local community, the firm advocates a strong charitable interest and has long established connections with charities around its offices. Currently the firm is seeking to expand its residential property department, therefore, a vacancy for an enthusiastic residential property solicitor has arisen. This position will be based in the Chesterfield office with travel expected to other offices.
THE ROLE
You will be a solicitor or chartered legal executive with at least two years’ experience in residential property matters. You will have experience in a range of residential property matters, including: equity transfer, shared ownership, new builds and property disputes. You will have strong IT skills and experience with case management systems. You must be confident, enthusiastic and have a pro-active approach to your work. You will be able to work with minimal supervision, and able to take on a busy caseload of residential property matters, whilst delivering excellent service to your clients.
THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a solicitor or legal executive with minimum 2 years PQE;
Have experience of managing a busy caseload of residential property matters;
Be able to use case management systems;
Have strong organisational and management skills;
Possess excellent client care skills.
