Media Paralegal

The role will be supporting the legal function with a variety of different duties. Your expertise will be needed to deal with drafting ad reviewing commercial contracts, as well as processing contract renewals. Also a large part of the position will be taking control over licensing and distribution agreements. The legal team will also make assessments of IP infringements and generic administration of these investigations.

Ideally you will have a minimum of a 2:1 LLB / GDL conversion and preferably completed the LPC, although this is not a prerequisite. You will have at least 1-2 years experience in the media space but more specifically dealing with commercial contracts, licensing and distribution agreements and reviewing small IP cases. My client requires someone who is very hard working, plenty of initiative and a 'can-do' attitude.
