Legal Counsel

We are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with a property organisation at the very forefront of their field who are looking for a general commercial lawyer ideally with a background in property to join their team on a permanent basis.  

With a wide ranging business portfolio the organisation offer the opportunity to work on hugely varied and interesting subject areas and the role will include:

• Reviewing and negotiating a wide range of contracts
• Managing disputes and advising the business on potential risks
• Advising on IP related matters
• Helping to develop legal documents
• Developing relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Advising on compliance related matters

To be considered for the role you should be an experienced commercial lawyer and a background in property would be advantageous.
