Commercial Property Solicitor

Our client, a Lexcel accredited law firm based in Carlisle are seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor who is seeking to work in a picturesque North Lakes.

The role will involve handling your own caseload of Commercial Property matters covering; Acquisitions & Disposals, Commercial Leases, Easements, Landlord & Tenant and Property Agreements on behalf of Property Investors & Developers, Landlords, Corporate Entities and Retail/ Industrial Tenants. You will also have a caseload of Agricultural Property matters.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge within Commercial Property and ideally Agricultural Property. Additionally, you will possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about undertaking business development and attending networking events and Conferences.
