German Funds Lawyer to work in Frankfurt

My client, an international investment manager with offices globally, are looking for a qualified lawyer to join them on an interim basis to work in both their offices in Frankfurt.

The role:

-To support the current team on increasing BAU tasks and to also support on upcoming projects to ensure observance of regulation and corporate governance.

- To support, prepare, follow-up and maintain legal documentation.

The ideal candidate:

- Will have experience in an investment management company or asset management division of a global financial services organisation;regulatory and/or self-regulatory bodies; and/or with a law firm providing outside services to investment management or securities firms.

- A broad based legal background with exposure to finance and contracts legal issues. Additional background on UK law would be of great advantage.

- Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus.

- It is essential you have working knowledge of the German legal system with experience in German Funds
