Partner Tax Accountant

My client is an international top 20 law firm, who are now looking to hire a Tax Manager to be based in their London office. The role gives a fantastic opportunity for growth, combining personal tax, broader accounting and client facing elements.  The key element of the role is to provide tax compliance and advisory for partners.

Responsibilities

Budgeting for international tax payments

Preparing tax reserves and returns

Managing the tax service

Involvement in the audit cycle

Liaising with HMRC

Managing secondees

Preparing documents for retiring and new staff

Liaising with the management accounts team

Candidate Profile

Knowledge of UK tax practices and regulations

Excel knowledge

Fully-Qualified, such as ACCA or CTA

A self-starter with the confidence to use initiative

A logical and methodical approach
