Our client, an excellent international City law firm is seeking an experienced share schemes lawyer to cover maternity leave for 6-12 months from September.
The firm's Employee Benefits Practice assists a wide range of clients on all aspects of employment law, human resource (HR) issues, pensions, benefits and incentives, including drafting and advising on share based incentive arrangement and the taxation of employment related securities.
The responsibilities for the role will include advising on share-based incentives (for both public and private equity sponsored clients, taxation of employment and employment related securities, and advising on executive related matters, such as pay, incentives and disclosure.
The successful individual is likely to have upwards of 4+ PQE with a relevant background gained at a Top 100 or international law firm. The firm will also consider high calibre employment lawyers.
