A top trading firm based in London is looking to hire a Junior Receptionist to work the hours 8.30am – 6pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities will include meeting and greeting clients, setting up meeting/conference rooms, handling telephone calls and correctly relaying messages to the relevant personnel, ordering and preparing lunches, booking taxis, photocopying and any other duties as required. Applicants should have basic knowledge of IT and MS Office software packages, should be able to work well within a small team and have good written and verbal communication skills. It is imperative that candidates also have an attitude of no job too big or too small – sometimes helping out with client events and other times assisting with lunch runs. Candidates do not require previous work experience, however should you have prior office work history it could be beneficial especially should you have worked in a professional services organisation.
