Banking Lawyer 2+ To £75,000 (12 month contract)
This popular West End firm is looking for an ambitious and versatile banking lawyer to join their expanding team on a year`s contract. You will be working with the partners running of finance transactions cross-departmentally, although based in the corporate department the role will support banking and finance work across the firm particularly in property. The work will include the following:
· Drafting facility agreements/security documents;
· Using loan market association standard forms;
· Dealing with complex closings (including conditions precedent etc).
A strong academic record and either general banking or real estate finance essential.
